Science Exchange is a marketplace where pharmaceutical and biotech companies find and contract R&D suppliers. Passing its supplier qualification means W Labs is listed as a verified entity.
The review looks at the company, not at any single contract. Through risk and compliance screening, the marketplace confirms for itself that a supplier is the entity it says it is and that it can contract through the platform. A qualified supplier then signs one Supplier Master Service Agreement with Science Exchange.
The practical effect is on procurement. Buyers on the platform can bring in our imaging analysis software through a route their purchasing process already accepts, without negotiating a new confidentiality agreement or master agreement. Orders and invoices run through the same route.
This matters more than it sounds. In a large organisation the obstacle is rarely the software itself. It is the months of supplier onboarding that have to happen before a purchase order can be raised.

What the listing does not tell you is anything about the software. Verified supplier status is a check on the company, not an endorsement of the product, and that is how we want it to be read.
The certificate was issued in March 2026.
